Cancellation and Changes

Cancellations can be made in written form only and will only be accepted if received by 20th October 2023. A cancellation fee of 50,00 € will apply. Any cancellation after this date or no-shows at the event are not eligible for a refund and the fee in accordance to the registration invoice or confirmation will be due.

Financial Support

The International Atomic Energy Agency will provide financial support for the participation of a limited number of women  from Member States involved in the IAEA Technical Cooperation Programme, to attend the  30th WiN Global Annual Conference and First WiN Africa Conference

The selection criteria will consider priorities based on the following elements:

• Women under 40 years of age.
• Candidates who have an approved abstract.
• Candidates who have an active involvement in at least one session of the conference.

Those interested in receiving the IAEA support should indicate this in the checkbox included in the abstract template and submit the abstract before 25 July 2023.

The support will be subject to the submission of the corresponding nomination through the official channels (National Liaison Officer/ National Coordinator for Regional Agreements in each Member State). The IAEA will accordingly contact the official representatives to provide further instructions.

The financial support will cover registration fee, travel and living expenses.
