Abstract Information
The abstract file can only be uploaded in a .doc, .docx, or .pdf format and should not be larger than 1 MB. Abstracts should contain 350 words maximum. You can choose whether you want to give an oral presentation or present a poster. The abstracts will be reviewed by our scientific committee.
The abstracts will be published online, and a conference program booklet will be provided upon registration in the conference office.

IAEA Financial Support
The selection criteria will consider priorities based on the following elements:
- Women under 40 years of age.
- Candidates who have an approved abstract.
- Candidates who have an active involvement in at least one session of the conference.
- Candidates who are WiN Global members.
Those interested in receiving the IAEA support should indicate this in the checkbox included in the abstract template and submit the abstract before 15 July 2023.
The support will be subject to the submission of the corresponding nomination through the official channels
(National Liaison Officer/ National Coordinator for Regional Agreements in each Member State).
The IAEA will accordingly contact the official representatives to provide further instructions.
The financial support will cover registration fee, travel and living expenses.
